- Pre-operative consultation with surgeon and technologist to determine the most effective monitoring protocols for the surgical procedure.
- Cadwell electrodiagnostic and intraoperative monitoring equipment.
- Instant communication between technologist, surgeon, and neurophysiologist via chat, live voice via telephone, and video.
- Data is stored digitally and available upon request.
- 24/7 availability.
- Accredited education programs are available for physicians (Category I) and hospital staff for CEU and state licensing requirements.
The total IOM program is provided at no cost to the hospital (if not a HMO facility). The costs of the monitoring and electrodiagnostics and billed to third-party payors.
Neurophysiology Incorporated’s Real Time Remote Monitoring program includes:
- Neurophysiologist oversight and supervision real time via the Internet.
- Instant communication between hospital-provided technologist, surgeon, and neurophysiologist via chat, live voice, and video.
- If a surgeon driven instrument is utilized, real time remote monitoring is available for Medtronic NIM systems.
- Pre-operative consultation with surgeon and technologist to determine the most effective intraoperative monitoring protocols and modalities for the surgical procedure.
- Interface with most IOM monitoring equipment.
- 24/7 availability.
- Data is stored digitally and available upon request.
- Accredited education programs for physicians (Category I), technologists, and hospital staff may be provided for CEU and state licensing requirements.
